CenBRAIN Neurotech’s Award from Asia Pacific Stroke Conference

December 8^th, 2022, Wenyao Zheng and co-authors (Yun-Hsuan Chen, and Mohamad Sawan) received the 2022 APSC Outstanding Abstract Award for their contribution titled Longitudinal Risk Factors to Accurately Model the Stroke Risk Prediction. The later was presented atAsia Pacific Stroke Conference 2022. In this project, using longitudinal risk factors, the accuracy of the prediction outcome of the proposed stroke risk model increases compared with other commonly used risk calculators. The proposed model is intended to better monitor patients' risk of stroke, provide them data about corresponding status and assist clinical specialists in formulating corresponding treatments and prevention strategies.
