Dr. Xiaohua Qu, President and CEO of Canadian Solar Inc., visited CenBRAIN Neurotech Center of Excellence

This Monday, May 13th,Dr. Xiaohua Qu, President and Chief Executive Officer together with a delegation of his company,the Canadian Solar Inc.,paid a visit to CenBRAIN Neurotech Center of Excellence.Canadian Solar Inc. is one of the world's largest solar power companies. It has become a public listed company on NASDAQ in 2006 and has since firmly established itself among the top ranked manufacturers of solar photovoltaic products globally.

Prof. Mohamad Sawan, Founding Director of CenBRAIN Neurotech Center of Excellence, and Dr. Jie Yang, Research Associate Professor of Westlake University, guided the delegation on a tour of laboratories. Prof. Sawan introduced in detail the current progress of our Center's research in the interdisciplinary field of biomedical engineering and brain neuroscience and demonstrated the contributions in the direction of microelectronic chips and brain-computer interfaces.

This visit by distinguished guests highlights the growing recognition of the CenBRAIN Neurotech Center of Excellence as a leading international research center. We look forward to strengthening the research connections between the fields of new energy and brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) through this visit and continuing to make significant contributions in introducing comprehensive solutions for neurological disorders.
