Live-Cell Imaging and Analysis Instrument

Introduction
With the Incucyte® SX5 Live-Cell Analysis System, your research can flourish in a label-free, non-perturbing environment. See more information in every sample and explore more applications with patent-pending optics. Leverage up to five total fluorescence channels (up to three simultaneously) for long term time-lapse experiments, including a long wavelength, low phototoxicity NIR channel.
Characteristics
Device Name Live-Cell Imaging and Analysis Instrument

Model

SARTORIUS IncuCyte SX5

Characteristics

-The Incucyte system is designed to analyze a wide range of cell types, including proliferative tumor cells, non-adherent immune cells, and primary sensitive cells, giving you rapid insight into new discoveries.

-Incucyte uses a mobile optical system to support uninterrupted incubation. Real-time cell health, cell viability, cell migration, and cell invasion monitoring can be performed, as well as a variety of cell-based phenotypic assays.

-Incucyte uses image-based dynamic measurement technology to solve both routine monitoring and unique scientific problems. The system can automatically capture and analyze images to provide convenience for unattended. Multiple measurements are available in 96 and 384 well plate specifications.

-The cells can be analyzed directly without removing the cells from the incubator and without interfering with cell culture. Maintain cell health and shape with undisturbed reagents and light.

-Real-time continuous analysis ensures you don't miss any data points. Specific cell types and biological activity over time can be analyzed. Results can be visualized and verified with images and videos.

-A Green/Orange/NIR optical module included, with optional Green/Red and Metabolism optical modules

-4x, 10x, 20x objectives on an automated turret.

-Support for 3 interchangeable vessel trays and over 700 vessels, compatible with flask, dishes, slides, and microplates up to 6 microplates in parallel.
