Title:Equivariant K-stability and cubic hypersurfaces of cyclic cover type
Abstract:
For a log Fano pair equipped with a finite group action, we can consider its quotient under this action, which is again a log Fano pair by a suitable choice of the boundary divisors involving the branch locus. Therefore, it is an interesting question how to compare K-stability of a Fano variety and its finite group quotient. In this talk, I will answer this question as a byproduct along the proof showing that equivariant K-(poly/semi)stability under finite group action implies the K-(poly/semi)stability. I will also talk about an application toward the study of K-stability and K-moduli of cubic hypersurfaces.
