Software

We have developed several computational tools to model the challenging problems we faced during our research activities. They are offered as open source software:

Mechsys: A multi-physics simulation c++ template library with several methods including Lattice Boltzmann, Discrete Element and Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics

ComFluSoM: A simulation kit for Complex Fluid, Solid and Soil Mechanics problems. It is used for problems involving Fluid-Structure Interactions and Fluid-Particle interactions.

cuDFNsys: A CUDA-based code for simulating flow and particle transport in discrete fracture networks. It is suitable for numerous Monte Carlo iterations based on GPU parallelization.
